Sunshine Coast classes are on hold while Francesca is off exploring Europe and teaching on the beaches of Alicante. No classes or bookings here for now, but the plants are thriving and the deck is getting a cracking rest.

The studio

Usually, this is where we do mat Pilates in the open air, get a bit stronger, feel properly grounded and have a laugh along the way.

Right now, life has called for a decent pause. We do not have a reopening date to share just yet, and we would rather be honest than make one up. You can still drop us a line below and we’ll get back to you when we can.
